Looking ahead: I imagine that it will be not simple for the port to support about:processes

For now, can we suppress about:processes? 

Also, cease mapping Shift-Escape to the non-functional manager.

somehow i thought this was gonna be a link to an upstream bug about how about:processes doesn't work properly on FreeBSD.

and maybe it should be

I guess, this was fixed by the 
patch-toolkit_compontents_processtools_procinfo__bsd.c part of 57ca3177d2a513bfd1cd73e6742a35efadc49cd1
