Now called bgpdump, upstream changed distsite, now:

https://github.com/RIPE-NCC/bgpdump

and latest release is 1.6.2.

TODO: adapt Makefile to use the new upstream and version.

[patch] update to 1.6.2, attempt #1

This patch uses the github macros to download the source code tar.gz.  note that the distfile is 50MB because it includes test data.  RIPE-NCC also releases  libbgpdump-1.6.2.tgz which is 90KB, though I am unsure what the best practice for getting that file is.
