Created attachment 244357 [details] Update markup, and refer to an outdated capture in the Wayback Machine. Whilst assisting with reports of violation of copyright, I discovered disappearance of the gallery that's linked from the copyright page for the BSD Daemon.
Created attachment 244363 [details] Update markup, and refer to an outdated capture in the Wayback Machine. Obsolete the original patch, I omitted a word from a subject line: > Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Copyright: Daemon: disappearance of the gallery Now: > Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Copyright: BSD Daemon: disappearance of the gallery
My <http://localhost:1313/publish/> is unaffected by redirection. For posterity, <https://people.freebsd.org/~grahamperrin/273360/> includes: * a non-paginated PNG screenshot of how <https://www.freebsd.org/publish> might have appeared before disappearance * a comparable PDF, paginated, A4 landscape. Both files are representative of the four commits that I made to the page after the April 2023 capture in the Wayback Machine, <https://web.archive.org/web/20230419231932/https://www.freebsd.org/publish/>. > … Click any image to see a larger version. … If I can enhance the PDF to reach the larger versions of images that remain on the FreeBSD Project website, I will. ---- In the meantime: * at least one is in the Wayback Machine, <https://web.archive.org/web/20230112172000/https://www.freebsd.org/gifs/jpb.jpg> * you can manually edit URLs after clicking within the current edition of the PDF, so, for example, <http://localhost:1313/gifs/jpb.jpg> can become <https://www.freebsd.org/gifs/jpb.jpg>. I hope that no future change will make these image files unavailable.
Looks like a good replacement to me.
Thank you, Kirk. I am temporarily unable to access freefall, to complete the work.
