I was able to download a copy and build it manually. It would bring newer cameras and lense.

The latest GitHub tag is v0.3.4, but the culprit is that the port currently points to version 0.3.95 which is higher version number, and this prevents clean update (without bumping port's epoch).  Upstream is aware of the problem, it's being discussed (see the linked issue).
