Add archivers/zstd to EXTENDED_LIB_DEPENDS

Under poudriere it needs to depend from archivers/zstd

I just successfully built www/gohugo in poudriere for 14.0 amd64.
Also, the Project's package builders use poudriere and there aren't any pkg-fallout messages complaining about www/gohugo.

Why do you think this new dependency is required when building with poudriere?

If it make a difference... I encounter it on a pinepro64 , arm64.

On the jail, /usr/local is empty

Henri,

In which FreeBSD version did you find this problem?

If my logbook is correct I was running

FreeBSD 14.0-STABLE #0 stable/14-n265953-d264ddb9c7f8 on a arm64 rockpro64

Since then I have to recreate the ports tree and all run smoothly without this patch.
So this bug entry must be ignored.
