The patch attached to this pr updates security/testssl.sh to 3.2rc3

Tests AOK on releng/13,14 and CURRENT.

This is not my port. Just trying to help out.

Sorry for the delayed response. I'm hesitant to use the RC release here. They deleted the RC1 and RC2 tags, which makes me concerned about how much they really want people using the RC. If they wind up deleting the tag once 3.2 is released, it'll break fetch.

It's been almost half a year since upstream released 3.2rc3 saying "a few minor things" are planned before 3.2-rel, but yet there's still frequent commits.

So, I'm basically just not sure whether to apply this or wait. I think the conservative move is to wait.
