x11/konsole-devel is very outdated and will neither be updated nor fixed in the main ports tree. The plan is for x11/konsole and other KDE Applications to be replaced outright by the KF6 version and the existing -devel ports will be removed.

If you wish to test the latest KF6-based versions of the KDE Applications, including konsole, please use https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports-kde/tree/kde-it_goes_to_6 as an overlay instead. It would be much more helpful to us on kde@ at this point to get user feedback from early adopters based on what we have in that tree rather than wasting time debugging the outdated ports in main.
