Hello world :-)

I have some Linux embedded development applications like OpenOCD that uses LibUSB but the Linux version cannot work with FreeBSD's provided /dev/usb*. For OpenOCD it looks like no USB controller is found on Linux. I thought these layers are compatible? Is there a way to make it work?
