Upstream is now located at https://github.com/matricks/bam
Is this something you want to continue working on or should we sunset the port?

Hi Daniel,

I'll update the fetch to the github link.  The port is low maintenance, so I might as well update it.  I'll get a patch ready in the next few days.

    Unfetchable, outdated (latest release upstream is from 2018)
    Set expiration date to end of the year if someone wants to pick it up
