Under texlive 2025, the executable ${PREFIX}/bin/eptex was replaced by ${PREFIX}/bin/euptex, but the format file platex.fmt is yet installed to ${TEXMFVARDIR}/web2c/eptex not ${TEXMFVARDIR}/web2c/euptex.  Then platex does not find its format file.
