Cmake 4.0 is the most current cmake .  Please update as a number of bugs are addressed.

AFAIK, many ports are not built with cmake 4.

kde@ is aware that CMake 4.x is out, but this will entail fixing *a lot* of fallout, likely in the hundreds. It's going to take a fair bit of time and the longer we put it off, the more projects will fix themselves. We really don't have the manpower to fix all of that ourselves.
