portclippy and portlint v1

I have no opinion on spaces before the \ at line-ends, but I don't like reformatting of the patches, and the renaming of options. Something warns about it, but the names appear easier on the dialog-screen.

The new post-patch-$o-off may work -- I was trying to incorporate the SQLITE3_GL_TUPLE too -- but I hate the gratuitous curly-braces. We've been through this during the Bug 280840 discussions.
