These commits apply cleanly to 5.6.2 and make it possible to use podman with nomad on FreeBSD, so let's include them in the port since there's at least one user who would benefit. I believe these patches can be dropped when updating to 5.6.3, whenever that comes out.

Doug, have you had a chance to take a look at this change? Is there any problem with backporting individual patches like this, given that they can be dropped once an official release is available? Thanks in advance.
