Port devel/py-tree-sitter-languages refers to lang/cython, which conflicts on a live system with lang/cython3, installed by modern ports. Can we please upgrade the port utilizing lang/cython3? Thanks.

    devel/py-tree-sitter-languages: move to cython3.

    Ports depending on py-tree-sitter-languages to not use cython*
    so this should avoid conflicts.
