x11/autorandr: Update to 1.15

* contrib/autorandr_launcher patch was superseded by compiler define

QA:
  * portlint: 1 false error (The installed .desktop file doesn't contain a MimeType entry)
  * poudriere bulk (14.3, amd64)
  * smoketest: ´autorandr --help´ works fine
