It would be great if the sites were available over https.
(In reply to Muhammad Moinur Rahman from comment #2) They have been always available via HTTPS. But it is known that they use their own CA. Basically all pre-imported CA certificates in OS/web-browsers are only USA/NATO approved, so can not be used by sanctioned entities.
