rc script

We have added an rc script for `net/mihomo` and provided post-installation instructions along with a minimal `rc.conf` example. Since we are not very familiar with the Ports framework itself, we would greatly appreciate it if the Ports maintainers or submitters could help review, modify, and merge it into the main repository to make it more accessible for users. Sorry, both the line `sysrc mihomo_config=`(Post-installation.txt line1) and the line `mihomo_config=`(Minimal-example-rc.conf line 1) should include the additional comment: mihomo/clash subscription link—please replace it with your own!
