does not allow to use the password store and auto-fillin feature, nor does the 'remember'/'password safe' function work.

Symptoms:

chrome --password-store=basic
[4366:82499993174032:0109/182511.703576:ERROR:crypto/nss_util.cc:346] After loading Root Certs, loaded==false: NSS error code: -8018

Trying to import a password database failes completetly - though without complain.
