add LLVM 18-22 support

has this been falling out of all environments since october? the one ive been using is opencl-clang-llvm15-15.0.0 on 13.5/amd64 from june 2025

this patch builds flavors llvm15 thru llvm22 for me on 14.4, however i have NOT TESTED the built packages yet as i have thousands of others to build first. this is about my very first wet toe as far as 14.x is concerned

i do believe this one should work now though with little to no issue. it should also continue to support llvm1[234] although i did not build those

attachment 267916 [details] from PR 293053 was first applied for this here llvm22 flavor to work
