deprecate-py-yamlordereddictloader-v1.patch

Hi,

attached is a patch that deprecates devel/py-yamlordereddictloader and set an expiration date for it (= End of 2026Q2).

Upstream deprecated the project and recommends to use the successor devel/py-yamlloader instead.

There's at the moment only one consumer, net-mgmt/py-junos-eznc, which will be updated via bug #293458 and be switched over the sucessor.

After that, py-yamlordereddictloader would no longer have any consumers and should then be deprecated. Unless there is still a special use case for it.
