Add port mail/opensmtpd-table-passwd

Hello,
Please find the attached diff to add a new port mail/opensmtpd-table-passwd. It adds passwd Table support for opensmtpd.
This is going to replace the deprecated mail/opensmtpd-extras-table-passwd.
