Patch for new port: editors/hxavi (version 1.2.0.20260301)

Hxavi is a lean and simple binary editor for Linux and FreeBSD, 
featuring vi-like command bindings.

- I have verified the port with portlint -AC.
- I have tested it with poudriere on 15.0-RELEASE (amd64). 
  It built and packaged successfully.

I would like to be the maintainer of this port.
