Hi,

First of all: Please don't commit this patch yet, because it will break net-mgmt/netbox with the RUN_DEPENDS and NetBox's test suite emits a few errors. 

Support for py-django-rq 4.0+ will be available with the upcoming 4.5.7 release of Netbox (ETA 14th April).

I plan to MFH it as well together with NetBox 4.5.7.

A small update: The NetBox 4.5.7 release was released a few hours later on the 3rd April for some reason, and release 4.5.8 is now scheduled for the 14th April.

@sunpoet: If you could take a quick look at it with some feedback, that would be great and I might be able to get this update together with NetBox 4.5.7 out this week.
