The command pfctl -z does not clear the counters for anchor rules.  I don't know if this is expected behavior or a bug.  I couldn't find a way to clear the anchor counters.

Here is an interesting note:  Restarting blocklistd clears the anchor counters, but not the non-anchor counters.  I suspect this is intentional, but it is interesting anyway.
