Chase OCCT v8_0_0

Using patches from upstream (for the next release 10.0.4).

Obtained from:	https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/commit/c12bbad1d07e461ae4e6517db28c6c925c14ba9b

Remarks:
- once KICAD-10.0.4 is released, we would close this PR;
- cad/kicad-devel is ready upstream, the port has just to be refreshed.
