x11-wm/skippy-xd: update to v2026.06.24

Since richardgv stopped updating skippy-xd, felixfung forked the project 
and has been actively updating it. This fixed the problem of 
skippy-xd crashing easily when running as a daemon and 
also added some visual improvements. 
It's about time to update the source of this port to the new address.
What do you guys think?
