Update to 2026.07.02

This version has switched to GTK4.
Install the pre-built man pages.
The plugin's ABI and API versions have been bumped.

Wouldn't that be good to keep MANPAGES knob for a backward compatibility with the previous version?

quentin.stievenart, please share your thoughts on whether to keep or remove the MANPAGES option.
Incidentally, I was the one who proposed adding the MANPAGES.

It appears that an error is occurring in 05.20 because girara has been updated.

It would be useful to keep the MANPAGES knob indeed; it doesn't look like there's a good reason to remove it.

I don't think there is any point in adding options for just two files, 4334 and 8031 bytes.
