The diff file

The latest upstream version of tsctp is 0.8.7.
Therefore, the port net/tsctp needs an update.

This version provides some build improvements and fixes, particularly for NetBSD, and Solaris.

Fix: The updated diff file tsctp-0.8.7.diff is attached.
