Have you tested these? As just posting patches is of little help as there are several thousand consumers that needs testing before landing in the tree. While I appreciate your attempt to contribute it's actually less than trivial to just do a version bump and submit a patch. Most contributors most probably does not calculate the fact that these needs heavy testing before committing. And before I commit these ports I do actually test building all php ports and it's consumers in both amd64 and aarch64 with active supported verions. And most probably you do not have such infrastructure to test it before submitting these patches as I am talking about building around 3000 ports r6 times. I am pretty fast with the PHP patches and there is no point in submitting patches or contributing for version upgrades as by the time you are submitting most probably my exp-run has already started and testing all the consumers.
