Abandoned upstream and there are multiple reports if it not being compatible with recent versions of PostgreSQL (including default in tree) so that would point little to / no users. https://github.com/allentc/pgadmin3-lts/issues
Given the above it's probably best to just remove it, see also https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=297027
I use this software.
That's irrelevant and not responding to the PR. It currently missing support for 16+ unless you're going to claim that upstream (PostgreSQL) is wrong. https://www.postgresql.org/docs/release/16.0/ (and so on) See also https://github.com/allentc/pgadmin3-lts/issues/39
I, too, continue to use pgadmin3, especially for simpler administrative tasks with PostgreSQL 18. The tool still handles many tasks well and has not corrupted any of my databases so far. I would like to suggest keeping pgadmin3 in the Ports collection until pgadmin4 becomes available there.
