Since MariaDB 10.5 and 10.6 are out of the port tree, zabbix74-server cannot be built with Mariadb.

Patch to add all supported MariaDB from the ports

Here is patch to add all supported MariaDB from the ports.
Tested on poudriere, and have feedback from real user that work with MariaDB 10.11.
