Upstream seem to generate one as part of the gram crate (which also includes icons etc) based on https://codeberg.org/GramEditor/gram/src/commit/e1d9144aaa0f3406f238814a46906a9ae8322bc8/crates/gram/resources/gram.desktop.in

But a generic one using DESKTOP_ENTRIES is probably fine, too.
