The attached patch has a couple minor improvements for the rsnapshot port:

1. Removes a stale dependency (unused since v1.5.0)
2. Removes a variable set to its default value
3. Update to the language in the pkg-descr to match upstream (it said it was only tested up to perl 5.16.3, which was 14 years ago :-)
