Bump up the version

Application is working fine for me after upgrade. Tested on 15.1-RELEASE-p2.

Apparently so.
Then it's best to change the maintainer email in the port games/xblast to the one in the bugzilla.
Also, maybe you want to become a maintainer of this port?
