As it seems this driver is no more in the source repository, I made an ugly port of the driver provided by Tekram for FreeBSD 4.X to FreeBSD CURRENT
The new driver can be found at www.epita.fr/~houcha_o/dc395x_trm.tar.gz
Original driver from Tekram can be found at ftp.tekram.com/SCSI/3X5/FreeBSD/FreeBSD400/dc395x_trm.tar.gz
