	I have upgraded kde-3.0.1 to kde-3.0.2 with portupgrade.
	Everything was fine, but it tried to fetch misc/kde3-i18n-af:
	I did Ctl-C, cd /usr/ports/french/kde3-i18n, make, sudo make install,
	sudo pkgdb -u, make clean, and everything is OK.

	But now, if I type `portversion -vOL=', it returns:
	fr-kde-i18n-fr-3.0.2_2      >  succeeds port (port has 3.0.2)

	=> there is a confusion between french/kde3-i18n and misc/kde3-i18n.

Fix: 

I don't know exactly, but installing french/kde3-i18n should not
	fetch the other language packages.
How-To-Repeat: 	portupgrade -N french/kde3-i18n
	or
	portupgrade -f french/kde3-i18n
	and watch the installation.

	Note: I have noticed that with french, but it is probably the same
	with other languages.

I am not quite sure, but maybe the problem is, that "french" isn't the first 
Category mentioned in the Categories variable. This Problem applies to the german i18n package too.
