	devel/cs: time to remove, project is dead
	Here is a letter from author:

It is not available any more.  The formerly commercial cscope
is free since quite a while, so cs does not make sense any more.

Fix: 

Just remove devel/cs, don't forget to change cs from devel/Makefile.
