	Upgrade the finance/gnucash port to support OFX (Open Financial 
	Exchange).  As such, this update requires ports/48358 to be committed 
	first.  I also added a dependency for p5-Finance-QuoteHist as this is 
	mentioned as a dependency on the GnuCash Web site.

Why not make OFX support optional?  The dependency list for GnuCash is
already pretty long.  What does OFX support buy?
