	apcupsd-3.8.6.tar.gz does not exist on ftp://ftp.apcupsd.com/pub/apcupsd/stable/tar/. 
	This was a recent update due to a Security issue with the master/slavei settings. This
	file, is available of sourceforge.

Fix: See Included Patch. 
How-To-Repeat: 	update ports, cd ports/sysutils/apcupsd, make fetch
