The port devel/antlr states:

# make install
===>  antlr-2.7.1 You must manually fetch the source distribution
(antlr-2.7.1.tar.gz) from
http://www.jguru.com/jguru/download/view.jsp?EID=201927 (registration
required), place it in /usr/ports/distfiles/antlr and then run make again.

But you can just fetch the distfile from here:

http://www.antlr.org/download/

How-To-Repeat: # cd /usr/ports/devel/antlr
# make fetch
