A port for DevHelp (http://devhelp.codefactory.se/)

Anjuta makes use of this port for showing api help.


I've added a patch for the file dh-base.c, with this, devhelp also searches for
books into the default FreeBSD path (/usr/X11R6/share/doc/)

I just noticed that adamw committed his own version of this port about 
36 hours ago.  Sorry, but at least you don't have to maintain it.  :)
