The triangle mesher is offered as an option in gmsh but is not installed by
default because the license inhibits commercial use. The following patch will
add a USE_TRIANGLE option to the port and will enable building with it

How-To-Repeat: I know, i just updated this port, but this idea came suddenly I just couldn't
resist ;). since the default package is not affected we can add this without
bumping the port version.
