Description Charlie & 2003-09-05 11:50:18 UTC
After upgrading Xfree86-clients from ports using portupgrade,
        the config files in
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xdm are overwritten with the default files,
which leads to xdm no longer working (depending on config)

How-To-Repeat: portupgrade 'XFree86-clients-4.3.0_1' to 'XFree86-clients-4.3.0_3'
and watch your xdm config file being clobbered.
