	This was to a MIT KDC.

	This started occuring after time_t exceeded 2^30 seconds.

Fix: 

I believe (from reading comp.risks) that there is a fixed
	time_t 2^30 bug in the Heimdal code.

Kris pointed out, this utility has been renamed to kinit(1) some time ago. 
This bug might still be valid for kinit(1) 
re-opening this PR - needs further investigation
