The comment for x11/kdebase3 starts with 'This package provides the':

$ grep COMMENT /usr/ports/x11/kdebase3/Makefile
COMMENT=	This package provides the basic applications for the KDE system

It is bad practice to start a comment with generic non-informative text.

Fix: 

I suggest the COMMENT be changed to:

   Basic applications for the KDE system
