rtc fails to compile on -current due to the dev_t changes, this patch
makes it compile again.

Fix: put the attached file in /usr/ports/emulators/rtc/files and type make.

How-To-Repeat: 	
try to compile rtc on -current

Don't forget this PR, it is also needed to make vmware2 compile on 
-current again.

	Sure, but I was asking silby he had any work on it before 
	committing. He's assigned to this PR.

	So I'll wait some days and I'll commit it if he doesn't answer.

Compiles on RELENG_5 without problems.
