Master site is down and FreeBSD site does not have latest tarball.

Freshports (http://www.freshports.org/sysutils/portindex/) shows an additional site which has the tarball:

http://www.oook.cz/bsd/distfiles/

How-To-Repeat: 

Try to fetch tarball for latest version (portindex-12).
