To make it possible to have remote swap files on pure diskless clients,
model /etc/rd.c/addnetswap on /etc/rc.d/addswap, except:
have addnetswap require addcritremote and perhaps use rc.conf entry
The swapfile method mentioned in the diskless manpage fails when the
swapfile is remote.
Alternately, I suppose changing addswap to happen later might be ok, but
that might cause breakage on existing small memory systems that need local
added swapspace -- (but why wouldn't these just mount that in fstab??)
