Problem arrived when I tried to add slice to da0s1. First of all, I
forced to use 'sysctl kern.geom.debugflags=16' to create a slice. Then,
when I try to finish DiskLabel, it says 'Error mounting /dev/da0s1h on
/mnt : No such file or directory'. Slice was created on da0s1, but there's
no devfs entry in dev for newly created slice. So, there's no way to newfs
and mount and use /dev/da0s1h

How-To-Repeat: launch sysinstall, choose configuration->label, try to create new slice
on free space of partition, press 'W'

Reopen PR, so maybe someone will pick it up and will fix 
sysinstall(8) or libdisk(3) to use proper mechanism, like 
bsdlabel(8) does.
