USB device drivers that are using isochronous transfers, like uaudio.c,
need to prepare for USB2.0 by adding something like:

    if(usbd_get_speed(sc->sc_udev) == USB_SPEED_HIGH)
   sce->in_frames = HW_FRAMES*8;
   sce->in_frames = HW_FRAMES;
